Having asked TJ to help us make the most our our two hillside patios and, after agreeing to his designs, the work progressed punctually, professionally and produced two very eye-catching areas. His attention to detail and numerous, clever ideas have given us something to be proud of.

Tracy James first came to our attention when we walked by his beautifuly landscaped front garden and asked him who had done the work. When he said he had done it and that he was an all-round builder and landscaper with considerable experience, we asked him to look at our project.

This was a considerable challenge, completely re-landscaping a large sloping front garden to create parking for 3 cars, removing trees and several tonnes of earth and stone (5 skips worth) and creatively making new steps and a large patio area. Tracy achieved all this with breathtaking results – a practically maintenance-free beautiful garden with a unique modern look, in keeping with our property. Our back garden has been landscaped to a very high standard with pergola, water feature and clever use of coloured stones – all to a tight budget.

Tracy is a problem solver and is gifted at thinking 'outside the box'. He rebuilt an upstairs conservatory off our sitting room and solved a persistent leak. The new structure not only looks better, but is solidly built and the leak eradicated!

Our sitting room has been modernised with the removal of an old fashioned stone fireplace and replaced with a 'designer' chimney breast, a real feature of the room, courtesy of Tracy's creativity.

We intend using Tracy's services again in the future and have no hesitation in recommending him for a wide range of building projects.
